Michael Coleman: Hello, my name is Michael Coleman and I’m the founder of Local Health Marketing. Welcome to my website. Over the next 10 minutes, I want to show you a little about websites, SEO and the process we use. We won’t be the right fit for every clinic, but I hope you learn something useful today.

Building a deeper clinic sitemap

When we plan a website for a multidisciplinary clinic, we map dedicated pages for its individual services. A typical health website may combine everything on one services page, or have only one page for each discipline. We take the structure further because, as a rule of thumb, each page should have one clear search topic.

For example, people search separately for sports physiotherapy, post-surgical rehabilitation and women’s health physiotherapy. Dedicated pages give Google clearer information about each service and create more relevant opportunities to appear in search. The same principle applies to osteopathy, chiropractic care, remedial massage and the conditions a clinic treats.

Creating your clinic’s “AI brain”

We also create pages around the people a clinic helps—such as active adults, people preparing for surgery, or people using NDIS or other funding pathways. These pages help search engines and AI systems understand the clinic’s services, approach, practitioners and patient groups in greater depth.

I think of this as the clinic’s “AI brain”: a useful, structured body of information that reflects what the clinic does, how it works and who it helps. A simple website gives search engines a limited base to work with. A deeper website creates more relevant entry points before ongoing SEO work even begins.

Designing for easier bookings

A clinic website also needs to make the next step obvious. The Book an Appointment action should be visually prominent, with the phone number still easy to find. Visitors should quickly be able to identify what they need—whether they are in pain, recovering from an injury, using a funding pathway, or trying to move and perform better.

The homepage should clearly introduce the clinic’s services, explain how to get started, show relevant funding options, and help visitors understand their care pathway. Location pages can also make the clinic’s service area clearer to potential patients and support local search visibility. Condition pages help people understand which practitioners or services may be relevant to what they are experiencing.

See the strategy for your clinic

The goal is to invest in the website’s structure and content upfront, creating a stronger foundation for search, AI visibility and conversion. If this approach resonates with you, complete the free mockup form. I’ll research your clinic, map a proposed sitemap and create a homepage concept, then present the thinking to you. How Participants Choose an NDIS Provider Is Shifting

Choosing a provider is a big decision for a participant and their family. They used to rely on a support coordinator's shortlist, a provider directory, or a Google search for "NDIS provider near me". Now a growing number also open ChatGPT, describe what they need in their own words, and ask who can help in their area.

AI answers that question from what it can read across the web. Your website is the single biggest signal it has about which supports you deliver, who you work with, and where. If AI can build a clear picture of your organisation from your site, it can recommend you by name. If it cannot, it recommends a provider whose site gave it more to work with.

Support coordinators do their own homework too. Before they put your name forward, most will look at your website to check you offer the right supports, have capacity in the right area, and come across as a provider they can trust with their participant.

Why Most NDIS Provider Websites Get Overlooked

Most NDIS provider websites say a lot about values and very little about services. A page of warm words, a stock photo and a contact form gives a participant, a coordinator or an AI system almost nothing to go on. It does not explain whether you deliver daily living supports, community participation, SIL, therapy supports, or support coordination. It does not say which areas you cover, whether you have capacity, or how intake works.

That information lives in your team's heads and your intake process, not on the page. So the people choosing a provider move on to someone whose site answers their questions.

Depth is what changes the outcome. Every support you deliver, every area you cover, and every question a family asks before they sign a service agreement, written out clearly and accurately, becomes something people and AI can read, trust, and act on.

Clear, Accessible and Honest

NDIS audiences include people with disability, their families, carers and professionals, so the site has to work for all of them. We build for clear language, readable layouts, strong colour contrast and simple navigation, so the site is easier to use for everyone who lands on it.

We are careful with claims. Statements about registration, outcomes, pricing and capacity need to be accurate and up to date. We write service content that is specific without overpromising, and we work from what you tell us about your organisation rather than inventing it.

What's Included

A page for every support you deliver

Dedicated pages for each support category you offer, explaining who it is for, what it involves and how to start. The detail participants, coordinators and AI need.

Service areas and capacity made clear

Location pages for the regions you cover, and a clear way to show when you are taking new participants.

A referral pathway for support coordinators

A simple referral route so coordinators and plan managers can send a participant your way without chasing you for information.

Structured for machines and people

Schema markup, clean heading hierarchy and clear internal linking so AI and search engines can understand exactly what you offer and where.

See your mockup before you pay

We design the homepage first. You review it, request changes, then decide whether to proceed.

You own it, built to last

Built on a modern, high-performance stack, with no lock-in, and structured to keep growing as you add supports and regions.

Proof This Approach Works

The method is the same across every health and care organisation we build for. One podiatry clinic increased online bookings by 233%. A physiotherapy practice grew organic traffic by 222%. A psychology practice increased website traffic by 160% and made organic search its leading digital channel. Different services, one foundation: a website deep enough for people and AI to trust.

How the Build Works

Step 1

We build your AI Brain

We interview you and your team to capture how your organisation works: the supports you deliver, the participants you work with, the areas you cover, and how intake and service agreements run. All of it is structured into a knowledge base we call your AI Brain, and it becomes the source we write your content from, so the site reflects your organisation rather than a template.

Step 2

We design your homepage mockup

You see the direction before you commit to anything. Look it over, and if you decide not to go ahead, there is nothing to pay, or your money back if you already have. Seeing it costs you nothing.

Step 3

We generate the rest of the site

With your AI Brain and an approved homepage, we produce the content and design for every remaining page: each support, each service area, and a clear referral pathway. Live in under two months or your money back.

Step 4

Go live and grow

Your site launches as a source participants, coordinators and AI can trust. When you want to add SEO, Google Ads and local search on top, the foundation is already there.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you build websites for registered and unregistered NDIS providers?

Yes. We build for organisations delivering supports under the NDIS, whether you are registered or not. We write your content from what you tell us, so any statements about registration are accurate for your organisation.

Which NDIS supports can the site cover?

Whatever you deliver. Common examples include daily living and community participation supports, supported independent living, therapy supports, support coordination and capacity building. Each support you offer can have its own page.

Can support coordinators refer participants through the site?

Yes. We can add a dedicated referral form so coordinators and plan managers can send a participant's details straight to your intake team.

Is the website accessible?

We design for clear language, readable layouts, strong colour contrast and keyboard-friendly navigation, so the site is easier to use for participants, families and carers.

Do you integrate with my systems?

We can connect enquiry and referral forms to your inbox or CRM so new enquiries land where your intake team works.

What happens once the site is live?

The website is the foundation. When you are ready to bring more participants and referrals to it, we can add SEO, Google Ads and Google Business Profile on top of a site already built to convert.
